With optimism for the futureA large part of the year is over. What did the plant succeed in during this period? What are the difficulties encountered? What tasks is the company facing currently? The first executive director of Orenburg track-repair plant Remputmash OJSC Vladimir Danilov answers to questions. Last year Orenburg track-repair plant Remputmash OJSC signed a contract with Zarubezhtechnology OJSC for manufacturing of two electric ballasting machines ЭЛБ-Л on the basis of ЩОМ-4М. And in August of the last year the first electric ballasting machine was produced and sent to Libya. Our experts have successfully conducted commissioning works. The second machine was produced last year in October, but due to the events in Libya, it has remained at the plant. In 2007-2008the Orenburg Plant has already had experience with the West Siberian and East Siberian directorates on track repair. The plant has converted three machines ЩОМ-4М into electric ballasting machines ЭЛБ with align device with automatic «Magistral» system. Customers were happy, and it was decided that in the nearest future we would conclude new contracts for similar works. At present the number one task facing the enterprise is acceptance testing of machine СМ-2. According to the schedule, the tests will be held from 18 to 21 of October. At present the technical services of the plant conduct preparations. Currently preparation for the certification of the quality management of Orenburg track-repair plant Remputmash OJSC is being carried out. The next step in this direction is a new certification by a single specialized industry standard IRIS. |
