High-Capacity Train Set of Wagons for Transportation of Rails «РС-800/3» (hereinafter referred to as «The special train set of wagons») is intended for loading of welded rail strings from manufacturing lines of rail-welding undertakings, transportation of the strings to places of laying of continuous welded rail, unloading at station-to-station blocks, loading removed from the tracks used serviceable rail strings onto the train set of wagons and their further transportation to the place of repeated laying or repairing. The special train set of wagons is formed of 60 four-axle general-purpose platforms of model 13-4012, one general-purpose platform of model 13-401 and one four-axle passenger wagon, reequipped in accordance with Project 2868.01.00.000 «Wagon for accompanying track machines (guard’s van).»
