Service Maintenance and Provision with Spare Parts

The RPM Group is fully liable for the whole service cycle of the machines, securing integrity of solving problems on the operation and repair. Our production sites serve as the regional bases of repair and service maintenance of the machinery in Russia. Servicing is carried out at workshop trains, which can reach the most remote branches. We transfer our servicing organization positive experience in Russia to the new foreign markets. Technical maintenance of our machinery abroad is provided by our agents. In the year of 2012, our own technical centers will be opened in India, Kazakhstan and Ukraine with all the required equipment, spare parts warehouses and training classes for local operators and machine attendants.
