JSC “Permskiy MRZ “Remputmash” has a 130 year old history.
The enterprise makes overhaul and modernization of track machines of diesel switches MPT-4, freight track motorcars DGky with manipulator MPG-9, freight track motorcars AGMs, DMS, ADM, ADMsk, trolleys YTM, supplies rail joints ZBR-65, full processing of girders on retarders RNZ-2M.
On the basis of AGMs machines a traction module for metropolitan AGMs-M, fault detecting railcar AGMs-D and service railcar AGMs-P were designed and manufactured.
Today the enterprise manufactures examples of engineering equipment, provides services for repair and modernization of railway equipment for railway and energy agencies of railways, provides spare parts and new track machines.One of the latest developments is the command vehicle ASD-1S for 37 passengers with video monitoring of tracks, equipped with many facilities, conference hall, comfortable saloon for carriage of brigades and tools.It has been awarded a diploma at the International exhibition-fair “Track machines-2002”.
Parallel to machine building new approaches to modernization of track equipment in the process of overhaul repairs are being mastered.The plant has mastered the manufacture of new types of track equipment:Machine for trench cutting MNK-1M, universal traction module UTM-2M, fault detection service railcar ASD-1M.An engineering trench cleaning unit for Sakhalin railways was formed on the basis of UTM-2M and MNK-1M.The plant is the main enterprise for manufacture and repair of wheel pairs on all basic types of track equipment, and their share in the total production volume constitutes about 40%.
