The Sverdlovsk plant was founded in 1934 from a track repair workshop at the railway and in the course of many years was engaged in repair of various track equipments. At present the plant is engaged in overhaul of more than 20 types of equipments, manufacture of spare parts, assembly units and sets practically for all types of track machines, as well as steel and cast iron castings.
The plant has mastered production of machines, designated for dynamic track stabilization: DSP-C, MDS, SPP, whose analogues do not exist in the Russian market, and the series of multifunctional railcars with a set of integral implements: AGD-1M, ASG-30, ASG-30P, which are in demand at railways 1520. The plant is capable of satisfying the highest requirements of customers to quality, reliability and additional functionality of machines.
The quality and reliability of the manufactured track equipments are confirmed by certificates of correspondence issued by the Federal Railway Transport Agency.
Highly qualified design and engineering personnel and workers are employed at the plant; the plant owns engineering and testing equipment and production areas, which allow to produce new modern equipment, modernize technically outdated track machine brought for repair and service them taking account of the railway experts' opinion.
9The quality management system QMS, confirmed by certificate of correspondence of the production and products manufactured to requirements of international standard ISO 9001 -2000, has been implemented at the enterprise for successful participation in tenders for repair and supply of track equipment and have additional competitive advantages on the external market.
